Harold Farzikan was Mortimer von Fogwhistle's greatest competitor, and consequently he was eventually murdered by von Fogwhistle. Von Fogwhistle lured him to his house, then locked him in a torture dungeon where he died, chained to the wall. In death, his ghost remained with his body, unable to roam around due to the Ghost Rules. However, before his demise, he signed his name on a wall in von Fogwhistle's house. Thus, when von Fogwhistle loses ownership of the house, Farzikan would become its new owner due to the Ghost Rules. (Mark III: "Ghosts!")
