How to catch Angelica Fish:
Catch Angelica Fish by using a Level 13+ Holy Liberator or Evil Obliterator in Glacier Bay and Lake Freezberg. Requires the skill of the Scuba Fishing License. Attract Angelica Fish by using Angel Tears.
Previously, once you have received your snowshoes, it was not possible to catch another Angelica Fish, unless if your first catch was on a Crew Trip or you were awarded a different resource. This has recently been fixed and it is now possible to catch this fish normally.
