Dahwar, son of Kedar, was King Orrin's seneschal. Shortly before the Battle of the Burning Plains, he met Eragon and Saphira outside of Borromeo Castle and provided them with supplies and directions to the Burning Plains. He was unusual because he was one of the few besides Ajihad, Nasuada, and Fadawar to be black. As such, he was presumably part of the Wandering Tribes.
