Biography
  • Lee Faulk is a former NASCAR driver from Crossville, TN. He competed in three Sprint Cup Series and six Nationwide Series events in his career. Faulk's NASCAR and Nationwide Series debut came in 1983, when he competed at Charlotte. Faulk had a fairly mediocre day, starting 39th in the forty-two car field and finishing 26th despite falling out with a radiator issue. Faulk returned to the sport in 1988, making his debut in the Sprint Cup Series with Bob Clark's Slender You Figure Salons Oldsmobiles. Faulk ran well in his first two starts with the team, finishing 23rd at Richmond and then a series-best 20th at Charlotte. But Faulk's last Cup start ended on a low note, with rear end issues making him finish last at North Wilkesboro. Faulk's other five Nationwide series starts then came in 1989, when he finished 59th in the points. Faulk drove for his Cup team from the year previous, driving Clark's Slender You Figure Salons Pontiac. The Busch deal turned out well for the driver, finishing in the top-twenty in four of his five starts. That included a pair of career-best 16th place finishes at Rockingham and Myrtle Beach, with Myrtle Beach being his final NASCAR start.External Links *Stats
