- "Between" is a Sesame Street song from the early 1990s, demonstrating what the word means. The song was originally performed by Jeff Redd. It was later covered by Wayne Brady in a 2003 episode. At the end of the song, he is joined by the Two-Headed Monster, Big Bird, Mr. Snuffleupagus, Dingers, Honkers, Cookie Monster, Baby Bear, Telly, Zoe and Rosita. At one point, Brady is squeezed by two slices of bread, one of them played by Bruce Connelly. The modified lyrics for this version were written by Christopher Cerf.
- Between is the place is beween the mortal world and the place where spirits go in the Afterlife. First mentioned in Ghost Story.
- This page is intended to define the INTERSLAVIC word form for the ENGLISH word at the top of the column to the right. If the INTERSLAVC box is "blank", then a word form has not yet been selected. Immediately below the INTERSLAVIC box is a link entitled "discussion about this word" - which will link you to a "Discussion" page specifically for the WORD at point. Below the Discussion Page link, under "PRIRODNE JEZYKI" ("Natural Languages") are listed the various modern Slavic natural languages - in their respective native language forms (NOTE: some natural language may be missing)
- Between is a place neither here nor there. It is where the Dragons travel when they teleport from one place to another. It is a kind of hyperspace. To go between places takes a minimum 8 seconds, no matter the distance. It is, however, also possible to go between times ("timing it"). The time it takes to go between times is proportional to the length of time travelled. 450 Turns appears to be near the limit for a healthy young adult, judging from Lessa's near-fatal Jump.

The "Slovio" project is no longer active. "Novosloviensky" and "Slovianski", on the other hand, have joined together as "INTERSLAVIC" or "MEDŽUSLOVJANSKI" - each offering a slightly different grammatical format. Here you may access and edit this information.

The phrase "to go between", when used without a stated destination, refers to a dragon suiciding, by going between and staying there.
