- Elder Princess Shroob is a fictional character in the Mario series and the final boss of Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. She is the leader of all Shroobs and twin sister of Princess Shroob. When Princess Peach, Toadiko and Toadbert came to the past Princess Peach's Castle they met the Shroobs. Elder Princess Shroob attempted to attack Peach; however, Peach used to power of the Time Machine, the Cobalt Star to trap the Elder Princess Shroob inside. Peach then shattered the Star into pieces; however, the younger Princess Shroob still was able to capture Peach and trap her in Shroob Castle.
- Elder Princess Shroob is the older sister of Princess Shroob. She acts as a final boss (except "Shrowser") in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. After beating Princess Shroob, Peach is explaining to Mario and Luigi that they mustn't put the last cobalt star shard on the rest of it, as the Elder Princess Shroob was trapped inside by Peach. Then, baby Bowser appears, steals what he thinks is his treasure and puts the shards together. Elder Princess Shroob appears and turns him into a purple Shroob Mushroom. After she is defeated, it is revealed that baby tears cure everyone that were turned into Shroob Mushrooms.
- Elder Princess Shroob is the central antagonist of Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. She is Princess Shroob's older twin sister, and the leader of all Shroobs. She is the final boss in the game and the seventh boss overall and she is fought in three different forms. She wears a crown that has magic power. It has the ability to make her change forms and protect her. When her crown shines, she is invulnerable to any attacks. However her crown can be attacked and can stop shining after taking enough damage.
