| - Brigid is goddess of the hearth in Irish mythology. Her husband Bres is a Fomorian and she is the daughter of Dagda. She is the goddess of all things perceived to be of relatively high dimensions such as high-rising flames, highlands, hill-forts and upland areas, as well as wisdom, excellence, perfection, high intelligence, poetic eloquence, craftsmanship (especially blacksmithing), healing ability, druidic knowledge and skill in warfare. In the living traditions, whether seen as goddess or saint, she is largely associated with the home and hearth. Saint Brigid is theorized to be based on her, as she is associated with sacred flames, specifically one maintained by 19 nuns in Kildare, Ireland. Men were not allowed to visit this sacred flame.

- Brigid was the daughter of Morrigan and Kernunnos. She is the first known child of a full god and a half-god in "HTLJ". Through her mother she is the granddaughter of Badb, celtic goddess of war. Kernunnos held her captive to ensure Morrigan's compliance in his nefarious plans, but she was freed thanks to the efforts of Hercules. Later on, when Morrigan and Hercules decided to take a romantic interlude away from the other druids, they took Brigid along to make it a family outing. Returning to find the druids slaughtered, Morrigan initially felt guilty about abandoning her post, but she later admitted that she should thank Hercules, since the trip was the only reason she and (more importantly) Brigid were still alive. Brigid was left in Eire while Hercules and Morrigan returned to Greece
- Brigid is a Vampire who is first introduced in Industrial Magic. She was first seen in Hans's fetish club, having "charmed" a young man into being with her. She is described as having long, strait blond hair and strong features that are better suited for a man. Brigid is never seen actually wearing any clothing through the entire novel. She makes her dislike for Cassandra DuCharme known immediately. Brigid is killed in Broken.
- Brigid (ブリギッド Burigiddo, Briggid in the Japanese version, fan translated as Bridget) is a playable character from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War and Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. She is one of the daughters of Duke Ring of Jungby, the twin sister of Edain, and the older half-sister of Andorey. She is a direct descendant of Crusader Ulir and therefore can wield the Yewfelle. She is also the first female character in the Fire Emblem series who is able to use bows. If she is paired up, her children will be Febail and Patty.

- Brigid is a Celtic deity. She is the daughter of Dagda, and therefore one of the Tuatha Dé Danann. She had two sisters, also named Brighid, and is considered a classic Celtic Triple Goddess. Perhaps one of the most complex and contradictory Goddesses of the Celtic pantheon, Brigid can be seen as the most powerful religious figure in all of Irish history. As the foundation for the American Groundhog Day, Brigid's snake comes out of its mound in which it hibernates and its behavior is said to determine the length of the remaining Winter.
