A very powerful Storm Mother of the Western Seas who killed Dax's mentor, Darius, while he was trying to protect the village of Tsunami from her. Not usually one to terrorize inland settlements, she had come looking for tribute at the urging of Scourge of the Crimson Tide, who had his own reasons for promoting such an attack. Darius, mistakenly believing that she had come for Dax, attacked her ferociously, using up all of his essence in one powerful blast and injuring Sikunare. She was far from dispatched, however, and retaliated in kind, killing the now helpless Darius with a single blazing bolt of lightning. She then left to tend to her wounds, leaving Scourge with instructions to save the most beautiful of the women and their babies for her.
