| - Early on in the Dezendyan-Vás Feud the House of Vás was desperate to beat the Dezendyan as quickly as possible, whose navy and security force greatly outnumbered there own. They came up with the plan, years before the feud broke out, to send spies into the Dezendyan business so they were planted within Dezendyan facilities, ready to cause sabotage in case of war with the Dezendyan. There spy on the space station Dezendyan 1 was a man called Jektra Kelani. He disabled the shields which took the shields down briefly, it was hoped he could take the shield down when a huge Vás fleet was inbound to destroy the station before it had been able to get shields back up and then escape before the station was destroyed, taking the Dezendyan high command with it and crippling the Dezendyan, if not defeating them outright. The plan looked as if it was succeeding, the shields were taken down, but Mikko Dezendyan was clever, he quickly realized it was sabotage and sent an army of technicians down to the shield generator whilst the station restored shields from a less powerful back-up shield generator, he also brought the Dezendyan Home Fleet to red alert, upon seeing a large fleet travelling in hyperspace inbound to the station on sensors, which he imagined would be a Vás fleet. Jektra Kelani tried to flee the station aboard a shuttle, unknowing that Mikko had already restored the shields and got a hunch the saboteur would try and flee before the station was destroyed he had ordered any outbound shuttle from the station to give clearance number and ID, Jektra didn't give this so the station's Point-Defence laser cannons blew his shuttle to pieces. The Vás didn't know the sabotage had been rectified and carried on with there mission believing the shields were down and the Dezendyan unprepared, in the following Assault on Dezendyan 1 the Vás fleet was pounced upon by the Dezendyan fleet only moments after returning to realspace, and was quickly defeated, the whole affair was a catastrophe to the House of Vás.
