A Pipebomb is a item designed to be thrown. When it hits the ground, a 3 second countdown begins. To dodge the explosion (10-foot diameter), you must make a Reflex Save greater than 15+(thrower's STR bonus). If you do not, you recieve fire and impact damage of 2d10.
