Reniformichnus is a ichnogenus that was found in what is now known as the Karoo Basin from South Africa. The Ichnogenus is presented based on the Holotype, and several field specimens in the Katberg Formation. The Holotype is an inclined burrow cast with bilobate base and reniform cross-section.
