Clarke Griffin is a major character in the first, second, third, and fourth seasons. She is portrayed by starring cast member Eliza Taylor and debuts in the series premiere. Clarke is part of the 100, a group of juvenile delinquents from the Ark who were sent to Earth. Prior to being locked up, Clarke was a medical apprentice and she uses those skills to serve as the medic for the 100. After several deaths on the ground, Clarke becomes a co-leader of the 100 alongside Bellamy Blake. While in charge, she tried to negotiate a peace treaty with Anya and helps lead the defense against the army of Grounders attacking the 100's camp.
