The amount of Skill Points dropped by enemies is the same throughout all Campaign difficulty settings wich the exception of No Hope where the total you amount you gain at the end is doubled. Helping or thanking a partner for help will result in player (or both players while in co-op) being given extra Skill Points depending on how quickly they reacted.
