Irving Marine Corporation or IMC is the largest shipyard in New Quebec. They were founded in 1889 in Halifax as the Halifax Shipyard and were acquired by Irving Incorporated in 1965. The shipyard has served the New Quebec Navy, constructing frigates, destroyers, and ice breakers. In 2067, following the conclusion of the Vinsalian Conflict, J Andres and New Quebec agreed to an exchange of arms, permitting IMC to sell ships to the J Andres Navy, and for New Quebec to purchase vessels from Kensington Mews Shipbuilding.
