- Canderous Ordo, or Cantankerous Ouzo (sometimes even Odorous Cando) in Mando'a, was a Mandalorian who lived and fought during the Mandalorian Wars, the Jedi Civil War, the Dublin Revolt of 1916, and the Sepoy Mutiny. Canderous travelled with Revan on the latter's pan-galactic wanderings, during which he introduced the ex-Jedi to steroids. After Revan left known space, Canderous went on to become chief executive of the Mando'ade Mafia.

- Canderous was born to the Clan Ordo on the Mandalorian planet Ordo, as early as to undergo his verd'goten, the warriors' initiation, in the middle of the greatest breakthrough in Mandalorian technology, when the Basilisk war droids were still being perfected. In those days, young warriors would prove themselves in real combat with unknown opponents on a number of worlds. The ones Canderous fought on were most likely among the locations of the late Krath Holy Crusade, near the close of the Great Sith War.
