Then Uncle Blenny is released, and then the thief, after being told of the problem with his/her crime and his/her motive for doing it, apologizes to him and returns the conch. Those who blamed Blenny apologize, too, and Uncle Blenny forgives them, as he is still the keeper. Luther then tells him to do his duty, which is to blow the Conch, which he does, and then everyone has fun... well, everyone except the perpetrator who is given a certain sentence.
