A Seikijinshuu clan technique utilising their Kekkei Genkai. It requires the opponent to voluntarily give out their name or a part of it to the Seikijinshuu member. At any further point during the battle, the clansman can call out the opponent's name to cause pain and a distraction to the opponent, once. To Genin and Chuunin, it feels like a sledgehammer blow to the head; while to Jounin and above it feels as if numerous flashing lights just went off within their head. This does not do any actual physical damage, but distracts the opponent for a short span as well as giving them a headache after the technique concludes. If the opponent is stupid enough to give out his name, or a part of it, again, only then the technique may be used again. It requires a real name, or at least part of the n

Merely giving a title or an alias will not allow the technique to be used.
