HMCS Saguenay (DDH 206) was a St. Laurent-class destroyer that served in the Royal Canadian Navy and later the Canadian Forces from 1956-1990. She is the second vessel in her class and the second Canadian naval unit to carry the name . Saguenay was laid down on 4 April 1951 at Halifax Shipyards Ltd., Halifax and launched on 30 July 1953. She was commissioned into the RCN on 15 December 1956 and assigned pennant number 206. Saguenay was decommissioned from active service in the CF on 26 June 1990.

She is the second vessel in her class and the second Canadian naval unit to carry the name . Saguenay was laid down on 4 April 1951 at Halifax Shipyards Ltd., Halifax and launched on 30 July 1953. She was commissioned into the RCN on 15 December 1956 and assigned pennant number 206. Saguenay underwent conversion from a destroyer escort (DDE) to a destroyer helicopter escort (DDH) in the mid-1960s and was officially reclassed on 14 May 1965. She was subsequently selected by the Canadian Forces for the Destroyer Life Extension (DELEX) project and completed this refit on 23 May 1980. Saguenay was decommissioned from active service in the CF on 26 June 1990. She was sold to the South Shore Marine Park Society which scuttled her in 1994 as an artificial reef in Lunenburg Bay, off Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
