Nell Scovell (born November 8, 1960) is an American TV writer and producer best known as being the creator of the 1990s TV show, Sabrina the Teenage Witch starring Melissa Joan Hart. She also wrote the NCIS Season 4 episodes, Dead and Unburied (episode) and Dead Man Walking (episode) as well as writing a teleplay for Driven (episode).
