Jlun has been a major contributor to the wiki for a number of years. He started out mainly doing File namespace maintenance, and while he's continued to do that, he's also turned into a great all-around editor and an active participant in a lot of projects. He spends a lot of time in the on-site chat and he's often around to answer questions and fix problems when there might not be any administrators active. I have read the policies concerning administrators. I realise that this nomination may fail. If I do get community consensus, I promise not to abuse my tools because I realise that this is a serious offence.
