The 2050 Australian Federal Election was a parliamentary election that took place on Saturday, 17 September 2050. The election saw Andrew Burges lead his party to increasing their super-majority in the House against the beleaguered Democratic/Progressive coalition which had formed to face the Nationalists stranglehold over the national legislature. The election was the first to operate under new fixed-term legislation introduced after the 2048 election.
