abstract	Shinai Stel-Ardak was a former Jedi Knight, the husband of Martreyea Kittern and the father of Arrin Kittern. Stel-Ardak was presumed dead following the Battle of Avingnon during the Clone Wars and took it as a chance to leave the Jedi Order for good. He married and had a son, realizing at Arrin's birth that his son was Force-sensitive and hid the information from authorities, preferring to train the boy himself. Stel-Ardak and his family moved to Coruscant where he supported his family as a bounty hunter for an unknown employer who used a Zabrak as an intermediary. His actions brought him to the attentions of Anakin Skywalker, which indirectly led to Stel-Ardak killing his wife and the two engaging in single combat. Stel-Ardak then left for parts unknown, telling Skywalker to look after his son and not tell him what had happened.
