answer	I know I have not surpassed 800 edits, but I've seen certain admins and bureaucrats with less than 800 edits. I also don't think a high edit count really matters, I think that the quality of your edits, and how you handle situations is what really matters. I believe that I should be promoted to this role because I think that I've been here for long enough and I have been helping for long enough. Also, Alex said that I should become admin as well. Yes I do, I am currently the admin and bureaucrat of the Plainrock124 Wikia. I think some of my best contributions are making the Chaz, Junior Junior, and Smart Jeffy pages because they are pretty popular character/video pages that I created. I also cleaned up after Papayathefruit's spam and vandalism numerous times. Yes, I needed user rights at the Plainrock124 Wikia due to vandalism and spam pages. I could not ban the vandals and delete the spam because I did not have the rights to do so. I plan to use my rights to delete useless and unneeded pages from here, block vandals, sockpuppets, spammers, and bad users, and help people here who need help.
Question	How do you plan to use your rights if your request is successful? Why do you believe you are qualified to be promoted to this position? Have you had experience with this position before? Is there anything else you want to add? Have you been in a situation in which you needed the user rights for this position at that moment but were unable to act?
