A Tradable 87 Month Player Reward, One Per Character Lifetime. The Respec Reset Device resets a player's respec counter to 0 a single time. So for instance if you had 12 respecs and used the device, your number of respecs would go down to 0. If you decided to respec afterwards you would go up to 1, and then if you did so again you would go up to 2 and so on. It's helpful if you have a high amount of respecs that would take many months to count down to 0. It isn't going to eliminate your future respec costs once the reset is applied though.
