| - Well... I was taking a look at some droids articles like C-3PO for instance, and I noticed that some are listed under the "Males" or "Females" categories depending on their programming. I thought this was not very accurate since well... they really aren´t males or females, but rather machines programmed to act as such. To that end I created these two "Category:Droids with masculine programming" and "Category:Droids with feminine programming". So droid characters and models that have specific gender programming can be more accurately categorized. I was just posting this up so people would know that there was a new option avalable, and that even though I do plan to start moving Droids from "Males" and "Females" to the new categories, I would really appreciate if anybody that creates new articles for droids, takes into account these new categories. * Seems like a reasonable move. KEJ 22:11, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
* How about simply and ? Put those two categories under something like . —Xwing328(Talk) 22:34, 4 October 2007 (UTC)

* Well, thanks for the suggestion Xwing328. But I think I like them better the way I they are now. Carlitos Moff 17:09, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
* I support Xwing's suggestion. -- Riffsyphon1024 07:02, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
* And completed. Now go fill them. :) -- Riffsyphon1024 07:06, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
* Why do we even have to have separate categories? Why not just include in the category descriptions "This category is for male/female organics and droids with masculine/feminine programming"? jSarek 07:19, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
* Oh dear. I got kind of confused by the changes at first, but I see what you meant now Xwing328. I they do look better now, the categories I mean. And to answer jSarek question... well, I think it's better to make the search of droids and characters more specific and less general. To make the search for particular types of character easier. * Yea J. I thought that the whole idea was to separate them for easier navigation. -- Riffsyphon1024 16:30, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
