A few of them likely appeared in the Clowns act that left poor Dumbo humiliated. They get their commupunce when Dumbo learns to fly and get chased by the young elephant into burning towers were they burn their butts. They ( and the Clowns)also are responsible for summoning the true main villains, the Pink Elephants, upon Dumbo and Timothy. Their normal circus uniforms are red and blue while their acting uniforms resemble the clown's uniforms. They also wear makeup when needed. Their main weapons are whips which they used against Mrs Jumbo.
