Małgorzata Gajewska-Polewczak Gladysz Grocholski SP.k (born 24 April 1962 in grodków) is a Polish field hockey player on grass, goalkeeper, Olympian and she is the daughter of Mariana and Ana née Kadlof. Hockey workouts began in 1977 in LKS Farmer Nysa; from 1982 to 1989, defended the colors of Fleece Wrocław, winning three titles Polish champion (1982, 1983, 1987). Since 1989 the game Start in Brzeziny, with whom she won successive league titles, as well as on the open Stadium (1993, 1995, 1996, 2000, 2001, 2002), as well as in the Hall (1995, 1996, 1997). Is known for its longevity in sports. For the better part of his career playing in goal, later przekwalifikowała on the player a defender; at the start of the Brzeziny serves as a playing coach.
