Roy Mitchell (born March 14, 1969) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player who played three games in the National Hockey League for the Minnesota North Stars in the 1992-93 season. The Montreal Canadiens chose him 188th overall in the 1989 NHL Entry Draft.
