On Villain Story, you play as the Penguin, and Bane.The Penguin and Bane go there to steal a dish for their machine.They suceed,but Bane is aprehended while the Penguin escapes with the dish.Batman and Robin are playable in their vehicles in the docks in the level Batboat Battle.The Penguin's Supercraft is also detroyed there in hero mode.In villain mode you play as the Penguin and Killer Croc on their vehicles.
