Tetris Plus is a Natsume developed, Jaleco Entertainment (US, Japan) and Nintendo (Europe) published Tetris variant released in 1990 in Japan, as an Arcade game, and then released in the three main territories (Japan, US and Europe) in 1996 and 1997 for the Game Boy. The game is one of the few in the series to actually contain a story. It's about a professor and an assistant of his who go hunting for treasure around the world. The story can be found in the game's Puzzle mode. The game isn't much different from other versions of Tetris, and only minor, if not negligible, differences make it its own game.
