The Lush Desert is a fairly hilly desert-like biome. The ground will typically consist of the Red Rock which gives Red Rock Cobblestone when mined, but you will occasionally see patches of dirt, grass, and sand. Vegetation consists of dead grass, Tiny Cactus, Acacia Trees, Dead Trees, vanilla Minecraft cacti. Villages can spawn in this biome. For the latest version if the mod, Lush Desert is very unique biome. The ground is made out of Hardened Clay, and some patches of the biome is a forest with tall Acacia trees. Keep in mind that the description at the top is not updated for 1.7.2
