Dr. John Dee makes his appearance in issue #2 of the Violator mini-series. Clown explains that the doctor is responsible for conjuring up his father in the year 1589. In his notes, John called it a “Phleboton Spirit of the Upper Ayers.” His next step was to bring the creature 5 women to bear his children (all of the women died immediately after birth). Nothing is heard from after this, so it assumed he is either killed by the Phlebiacs, or dies at another stage in history.
