Joseph John Bisgood (1861-10 February 1927) was an insurance agent and local politician active in the Richmond area. He was the son of John Bisgood, Deputy Chief Constable of the Somerset Constabulary. Born in Glastonbury, Somerset, he became the London secretary of the Edinburgh Insurance Company and editor of the Insurance Record. He was the author of the The Successful Insurance Agent, etc., published in 1922.
