According to official sources, huge investments are being made in product development and in setting up of a Greenfield manufacturing facility at Chakan near Pune, India. The products of MNAL are currently sold under the trademark of Cabking, Loadking and Tourister. In December 2012, Navistar announced that they were selling their stake to Mahindra and exiting both joint ventures, Mahindra Navistar and Mahindra Navistar Engines. Mahindra reorganized the company into Mahindra Truck and Bus.
