Once this happened, the ten main characters looked into the Time Vortex and the Emotional Spectrum, and made themselves equal rulers of the EU by harvesting the power of both somehow, and claiming it for their own, as a means of keeping the peace. One of the laws created after was the Universe-Travelling Restriction Act 1999, which was enforced upon Trantoshen (SMU) by Breakout, Barrack and Brawler once.

After the huge wars that waged in the normal BZPB Multiverse, the rulers of the EU decided to seal off the EU from all other alternate multiverses, in fear that the chaos would cross over and destroy their peaceful society.
