Georgia Bright Engel (born July 28, 1948) is an American film, television, and stage actress who is best known for her roles as Georgette Franklin Baxter on The Mary Tyler Moore Show and Pat MacDougall on Everybody Loves Raymond. She played the role of Jean McElroy, Lyndsey's mother who dated Evelyn, in season 9.
