| - Roberto Mancini (born 27 November 1964) is an Italian football manager and former player, currently in charge as head coach of Inter Milan. As a player Mancini was best known for his time at Sampdoria, where he played more than 550 matches, and helped them win the Serie A league title, four Coppe Italia and the European Cup Winners' Cup. He was capped 36 times for Italy, taking part at UEFA Euro 1988, and the 1990 FIFA World Cup. In 1997, after 15 years at Sampdoria, Mancini left the club to join Lazio where he won a further Scudetto, Cup Winners' Cup, UEFA Super Cup and two more Coppe Italia.

Nothing was handed to you; you worked your way up. Julio Lombardi, the head of the crime syndicate, saw a gleam in Roberto's eye, and took him under his wing, first implanting him within the, then friendly, Torvato crime syndicate, working his way up to the level of Caporegime, and earning the respect of Johnny D'Torvato, which was why, when bad blood broke out between the families, it was heartbreaking for both men when Roberto was ordered to put a bullet in Johnny, and return to the Lombardi family. In the end, both men recieved non-fatal wounds, but Johnny would never forgive Roberto, to his dying day. This event only steeled Roberto's resolve to climb the ladder, and, soon, he was an under-boss, higher than any member of his family had risen before. His men were loyal, and the rest of the family soon began to respect his resolve, and his lack of compunction about being cruel to get the job done. Soon afterward, Julio Lombardi would pass on, and, with no Lombardi children to continue in their father's stead, Roberto stepped into the role Julio had once filled, the name of the Family changing to match his own. Character Development: After what had, at first, been a rather annoying night, Roberto was visited by what he had at first assumed was an Old Town whore; Goldie flaunting her goods at the local crime bosses. Soon enough, though, that whore's actions began to blow her own cover; whores rarely kissed their johns, and generaly weren't virgins. Putting a few things together, and making a stab in the dark, Roberto correctly placed the woman he'd had sex with as Savannah D'Torvato, the daughter of Johnny, the man he had shot in the back so many years ago. Roberto offered her a partnership; a chance to bridge the gap between their families, which Savannah immediately refused. He has not given up on the idea, and continues to plot, knowing that the merger of the Torvato and Marcini families would lead to a great deal of power within Sin City. Author: Labratio
