Beth Levine (1914-2006) was born Elizabeth Katz. She was an American fashion designer of Lithuanian Jewish descent. She was a red cross volunteer during World War II. She and her husband Herbert founded the Herbert Levine shoe label in 1948. She was known for her Haute Couture shoes and eccentric designs.
