Interrogated for 54 days using 'new techniques' of the Haynes Memo of Nov 27 2002 and Dunlavey Memo of Oct 11 2002. From Nov 23 2002 to Jan 2003 Interrogations: military working dogs had been used against Khatani. He had also been deprived of adequate sleep for weeks on end, stripped naked, subjected to loud music, and made to wear a leash and perform dog tricks. People from Criminal Investigative Task Force and Federal Bureau of Investigation told Hayne's office that they opposed the techniques. Bruce Swartz and John Dellinger also objected.
