* Adorkable: Homura, of course. Doesn't realize that she missed her throw, unknowingly carries her pipe bomb on her head, and makes a perfect impersonification of Egyptian painting to dodge some shurikens will do that to you. She's such a good girl that time... and the parallel is very visible in the later stories.
* Cold-Blooded Torture: Having Kyubey saying that their joke about the Soul Gem is true, Mami goes into a denial phase. And just like how he applied pain on Sayaka, Kyubey proves himself by making Mami feels like her neck is being ripped to shreds. Seeing her neck visibly constricted and her frothing at mouth is not a pretty sight.
* Death by Sex: Played With At first, Homura thinks that she caused Madoka's "death" by this. However, it turns out a yandere Mami is responsible for Madoka's "death".
* Freak-Out: Just like Episode 10 all over again. In the middle of her frenzied berserk, Mami raped Madoka, thinking that she no longer has her humanity again. She snapped out of it after awhile, but when Homura starts replacing her in Madoka's eyes, she jumps off the cliff and kills Madoka herself

* Turn the Other Cheek: Madoka tries to do this, letting herself become a sex slave, as she wants to soothe Mami's tortured self. It doesn't really work, leading her to turn for Homura's comfort and almost doing the same to her.
* Verbal Tic: In the doujin, Homura has a tendency to randomly say "Homu Homu" and its many variations.
* Yandere/If I Can't Have You: Mami "kills" Madoka after finding her with Homura.
