In 3002, a Nall priest by the name of Kula came to Ungstir offering the figurative olive branches after the removal of the Boromov regime. Kula negotiated the release of the prisoners held in the labor camps on Lebal, but decreed that the Ungstiri people were not worthy enough to tread upon its sacred soil. It was decided that after the release of the captives, no Ungstiri would set foot upon Nalhom or Lebal, and no Nall would set foot on Ungstir. This agreement came to be known as Kula's Peace. It was respected by both parties until May of 3006, when the CFF Trakral attacked ships in Ungstiri space.

It was respected by both parties until May of 3006, when the CFF Trakral attacked ships in Ungstiri space. During the Birthright War, the Ungstiri used Kula's Peace to remain neutral. Because of this, Ungstir was one of the few worlds not attacked - although the Parallax cruiser Nes'Track entered Ungstiri space in mid-February 3005 to deliver Ungstir a stern warning to not interfere with the war.
