General Edwin Hess Burba, Jr. (born September 13, 1936) is a retired four-star general who served as Commander-In-Chief of the United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) from 1989 to 1993. His father was also a general officer who commanded the First United States Army from 1968 to 1970.
