There is no such thing as a fixed "evaporation" point for water. Evaporation can occur at any temperature, even below water's freezing point. The rate of evaporation is influenced by temperature, air pressure, humidity and other factors. An increase in: * temperature = more evaporation * humidity = less evaporation * pressure = less evaporation
