  • Clayman is the fifth album by Swedish melodic death metal band, In Flames. The album was released by Nuclear Blast in 2000. Most of the lyrics deal with depression and internal struggles. The album's cover art is based on Leonardo da Vinci's drawing, the Vitruvian Man. The Jesterhead appears in the background, both on the cover, and in the album booklet itself. Music videos were made for Pinball Map and Only for the Weak, with Metal Hammer naming the latter its top 10 death metal song.
  • Claymen are lumps of clay in Mother 3 animated by the Pigmasks to do their dirty work, like breaking doors and digging tunnels. A clayman also appears as a boss in Chapter 2. When Duster loses his memory, he hid the egg of light or hummingbird egg in a long abandoned clayman. When he rejoins the group, in Chapter 5, they set out to find the clayman, unfortunately though an intense blast of lightning strikes the clayman as Duster is reaching into it and it takes off, with the egg still inside it. the group is then lead on a long chase to the dump were they must fight the Forlorn Junk Heap, a combination of a discarded clayman and trash. Claymen can be seen throughout the game performing different tasks and when talked to, they respond with a loud moan.
  • In both Mother 3 and Mother 3.5, the Claymen serve as the workforce of the Pig Army. Claymen are a blend of clay with a metal rod stuck in at the top. When the rod is charged with a powerful shock of electricity, the Clayman will take shape and be filled with energy. After working for a while, they loose energy and sink down slowly until recharged. Claymen aren't only used for building and digging- in Mother 3, Duster was attacked by a Clayman some Pigmasks set on him! After Claymen break down, they take themselves to an adjacent dump truck so that they can melt away in the dump. However, some become "Zombie Claymen" afterwards, such as the "Forlorn Junk Heap" boss in Mother 3. It had the ability to combine itself with other bits of trash and scrap metal to form a horrifying monster.
  • Claymen are a race of enemies in Mother 3. They are made by the Pigmask Army who mold ordinary clay into the likeness of a humanoid, then give the antenna atop the figure an electric shock which causes it to "come to life." This creation process was established by Dr. Andonuts. There are several factories throughout the Nowhere Islands where Claymen are birthed and recycled. Claymen are cheap to produce, and with their great strength, they make an efficient work force for the Pigmask Army. Claymen are also used for security purposes, such as when Duster and Wess are confronted by one at Osohe Castle while the site is locked down by the Pigmask Army. Later in the game, the main party encounters a Forlorn Junk Heap, an old, worn-out Clayman that has been thrown away and left to decompose in

Later in the game, the main party encounters a Forlorn Junk Heap, an old, worn-out Clayman that has been thrown away and left to decompose in the dump. Part of the main storyline involves Lucas getting a "part time job" leading drained Claymen to recharge. The Clayman can either bum rush (Like many enemies in Osohe Castle) or throw a punch for moderate damage or "Crush with all its weight" for immense damage but is left vunerable for a few turns. Its battle sound is Battle Sound 6 which falls under Code Numbers 454 for regular attack, 455 for Smaaaash! and 456 for Miss.

It had the ability to combine itself with other bits of trash and scrap metal to form a horrifying monster. The Clayman is first encountered as a mini-boss of sorts early in the game, and becomes a regular but tough enemy for a short time afterwards.
