Goggles is a young toad who lives in the swamp where Kermit comes from. Together with Croaker, the three form a trio of friends who find themselves on their first adventure outside the borders of their swamp home in Kermit's Swamp Years, when Goggles is stolen by a pet store owner. He is timid and easily frightened. Goggles also appeared at a 2002 San Diego Comic-Con panel to promote the movie, where he was performed by Victor Yerrid.
