- The Gold Knight (黄金の騎士ゴールドナイト Gōrudo naito) is a powerful horse-mounted combat physical class that is first introduced in Fire Emblem Gaiden. Depending on the game that the class appears in, it acts as the promoted form of different classes, and the equipment that they wield may vary as well.
- Gold Knight is the second part of the Golden Knight equipment quest line and introduces the boss known as The Golden Knight. The ultimate prize for completing the quest line is Mustaine's Milestone Mashing Morningstar. The quest can be purchased from the Quest shop for 4 gems by players of level 40 or higher. The quest owner also receives a copy of the quest scroll for completing Part 1 of the quest line, A Stern Talking-To. A player needs to be level 40 or above to initiate the quest.
