The Electro Magnetic Pulse (EMP) Launcher is one of the more powerful weapons alotted to the Galactic Republic. In the first Star Wars: Battlefront it was highly devastating when used against droids, however not very useful when fired at vehicles. In Star Wars: Battlefront II, it is basically a cut-down version of the Rocket Launcher, that fires an EMP missle. It can kill most enemies on contact, with a decent amount of splash damage, and does quite a bit of damage to Vehicles and other objects with large amounts of health. If you are attacking a heavier vehicle it is suggested that you aim for their critical hit point. You will often find yourself needing more ammunition.
