| - Danyl Antilles was a Pelora-Human Hybrid born into a branch of the prominent Alderaanian Antilles family on the planet Anaxes. Danyl's father, Rickard Antilles was a wealthy businessman from Alderaan who settled on Anaxes with his wife, known in basic as Elia, who was a force-sensitive Pelora woman from the planet Pelorum Danyl's unique heritage gave him a lifespan much longer than most humans and gave him his most striking features: his ice-blue eyes and white-blonde hair. Upon discovering that he had inherited his mother's force-sensitivity, his father decided to allow the Jedi Order to take Danyl, to train him in the ways of the Force. Upon passing the Initiate Trials Danyl was assigned to the respected Malastarian Gran Jedi Master, Yan Leem, during his Jedi training he met the renowned Jedi Dooku and his Apprentice Qui-Gon Jinn and quickly formed a close bond with the pair, the former of whom trained him in the second form of lightsaber combat, Makashi, the form that he would favour throughout his life. After he was granted the rank of Jedi Master He was well known amongst the Order as an unconventional Jedi and was known to share in many of Qui-Gon's beliefs about the Force, leading to his exclusion from the Jedi Council and being labelled as a Grey Jedi, another of his beliefs that caused much worry for the Council was his use of Force powers which were considered to be "of the Dark Side", such as Force lightning, powers which Danyl, like the Potentium sect believed to be neither inherently good nor evil and that it was the intentions of the practitioner which made it so, not the Force itself. Master Leem taught Danyl a great deal about the Force and about the Galaxy, Danyl was fluent in the Gran language and Master Leem taught him the subtleties of diplomacy, skills he used to his advantage in his later years. Danyl was deeply upset that his lifelong friend and mentor Dooku left the Jedi Order and even considered leaving himself, until Qui-Gon convinced him otherwise. He also formed a close bond with Qui-Gon's third Apprentice, Obi-Wan Kenobi. One of the few times Qui-Gon and Danyl ever disagreed was when the former brought Anakin Skywalker before the Jedi Council in order to train the young boy, Danyl immediately sensed something dark about Skywalker and never trusted him. Danyl served as a Jedi General during the Clone Wars, for most of the war he was stationed on Malastare with his former Master, Yan Leem. At the end of the Clone Wars, Chancellor Palpatine ordered the Clone Army to execute the Jedi, Leem and Antilles managed to avoid the fate of many of their order when they were sheltered by the Gran, Danyl remained on Malastare until several years after the Clone Wars, when he moved to Alderaan to seek refuge among his family there. On Alderaan, Danyl joined the Alderaanian Resistance to fight Palpatine's Empire and restore democracy to the Galaxy. He served the Rebellion in many of its campaigns against the Empire, including the Battle of Yavin Hoth and Endor, later, during his New Republic service he was assigned to infiltrate Thrawn's forces when the Chiss Grand Admiral began his campaign against the New Republic, during his "service" under Thrawn he became a close friend to several Imperial Officers, including Captain Gilad Pellaeon and after discussing politics with Thrawn and Pellaeon he began to believe that the Empire was necessary for the survival of the Galaxy and believed that under the right leader it could become a force for good, he then revealed his deception to Thrawn and told him that he wished to join his forces in earnest, Thrawn excepted his explanation and though he did not immediately trust him, Danyl managed to gain it when he killed a New Republic assassin sent to murder Thrawn. After Thrawn's killing by his Noghri bodyguard, Danyl pulled back part of Thrawn's forces to Nirauan to regroup. He served the Empire of the Hand and later the Chiss Ascendancy for several years before returning to known space to serve in his old friend Pellaeon's Imperial Remnant forces. He advocated opposing Darth Caedus's Galactic Alliance during the Second Galactic Civil War and served under Pellaeon aboard the Bloodfin and later under Jagged Fel, the son of Soontir Fel, whom Danyl served with under the Empire of the Hand and the Chiss. Upon Soontir Fel's ascension to Emperor of the reformed Empire, Danyl became one of Fel's first Imperial Knights, he served Fel during many major campaigns, including the Third Galactic Civil War. Danyl was one of the few individuals to know the location of the secret Imperial planet, Pelorum, which he later discovered was his mother's homeworld.
