  • Morlocks are a group of mutants who live underground in the sewers. Many of their mutations made disfigured them making it impossible to live secretly among humans.
  • Morlocks are a subterranean, Humanoid species living in the year 802,701 AD. They are descended from Humans, along with their distant cousins, the Eloi, who they eat. Also, in a parallel universe, there is a race of more civilized morlocks that live in a sphere around the sun. They appear in the novel, The Time Machine.
  • Morlocks are a race of dangerous creatures, a subterranean, cannibalistic offshoot from humanity. A colony of Morlocks came to reside under the Death Ward Hospital. The only entrance to their lair was a well. The Morlocks were small and weak, but defended their domain from normal humans with as many of them as they could. Their leader was an Über-Morlock, a Morlock from the leader caste who has incredible telepathic powers. His name was Gorbertron. He was, unfortunately, killed by Charles, the Detective. • The X-Men were alerted to the existence of the Morlocks after Callisto, their leader, kidnapped the X-Man Angel and intended to make him her mate. The X-Men realized they could not rescue Angel without ruling over the numerous Morlocks. This brought Storm to challenge Callisto to a duel. The prize of the duel was to become the leader of the Morlocks. Storm, feeling that she should be the one to duel Callisto (as leader of the X-Men) defeated her in hand-to-hand combat. She rescued Angel and became the de facto leader of the Morlocks. Against her wishes, the Morlocks later kidnapped the child superheroes Power Pack so that they could be raised by the Morlock Annalee, who had lost her own children. When Power Pack confronted Annalee, she let them go willingly. They promised to return in the

  • As the personal honour guard of Ferrus Manus, the Morlocks often stood sentinel aboard the Primarch's flagship, the Battle Barge Fist of Iron, the mightiest of them protecting the gates of the Primarch's inner sanctum, the Iron Forge, located within the ship's Anvilarium, the large audience chamber where mighty deeds were planned and unbreakable bonds of brotherhood were forged. The Morlocks were led by Gabriel Santor, the Xth Legion's First Captain and Equerry to the Primarch. Santor hailed from the Avernii Clan on Medusa, as did all of the members of the Morlocks.
