Kreen armor was a special type of armor that was resistant to cold, heat and acidic damage. It was manufactured by the Chiss during the Second Galactic Civil War, and was heavily used throughout because of its usefulness. It was also resistant to electrical damage, since the outer shell of the armor was made of peraxium. The armor covered the chest, the legs, the arms, the hands, the back, the shoulders and the knees and elbows. The armor placement restricted movement, but it made up for this flaw with the fact that it provided heavy protection from many types of attacks.
